Become a Poets House member and help maintain a place for poetry. Choose the membership level that works best for you.

Anniversary Levels: Your gift helps Poets House build on twenty-five years of public service, supporting all that we do.


Individuals - $50 Fully tax-deductible Contribute $50 and receive free admission to Poets House programs, discounts on special events including our annual Poetry Walk Across the Brooklyn Bridge, a collectible Poets House Haiku Pencil and a "poetry advocate" button.
Seniors/Students/Educators - $40 Fully tax-deductible Contribute $40 and receive the benefits of an Individual Membership. For seniors 65 and over, full-time students, and educators. Please mail a photocopy of a valid ID.
Dual Members - $75 Fully tax-deductible Contribute $75 and each receive the benefits of an Individual Membership. For two people receiving mail at the same address.
Associates - $100 Tax-deductible portion: $90 Contribute $100 and receive the benefits of an Individual Membership, plus a collectible letterpressed broadside curated by Poets House.
Patrons - $250 Tax-deductible portion: $230 Contribute $250 and receive the benefits of an Associate Membership, plus a sturdy Poets House tote bag.
Sponsors – $500 Tax-deductible portion: $475 Contribute $500 and receive the benefits of a Patron Membership, plus a set of "PoetTREES", nature poems curated by Poets House and printed on seeded, plantable paper.
Silver Anniversary Level: Sustainers - $1,000 Tax-deductible portion: $925 Contribute $1,000 and receive the benefits of a Sponsor Membership, plus acknowledgement in all our publications and an invitation to "Ode to Wine," an exclusive annual wine tasting hosted by a guest poet.
Silver Anniversary Level: Benefactors - $2,500 Tax-deductible portion: $2,350 Contribute $2,500 and receive the benefits of a Sustainer Membership, plus an invitation to a seasonal Poets House "Moveable Feast," a private post-event dinner with guest poets and artists.
Silver Anniversary Level: Stanley's Circle - $5,000 Tax-deductible portion: $4,750 Contribute $5,000 and receive the benefits of a Benefactor Membership, plus an invitation to a special yearly poetry-related field trip.
